Self-leveling epoxy flooring

Self-leveling epoxy is applied over new, old, cracked, or damaged concrete floors to create a smooth, seamless, durable, and low maintenance flooring surface. The self-leveling system is also available in a variety of colors. Colors are used to make decorative designs, denote traffic patterns, or highlight work zones in industrial settings. This system is used when you need aesthetic appeal and/or abrasion, chemical, heat or slip resistance. Where we’ve used it: manufacturing facilities, warehouses, showrooms, commercial garages, kitchens, aircraft hangars, athletic facilities, and more.

Stamped concrete flooring

Stamped Concrete is a revolutionary skilled technique. It incorporates colors and patterns to freshly poured concrete on driveways, paths & patios. This re-creates the look of authentic materials such as stone, slate and timber. Our process avoids the associated high cost of these natural products.

Stamped Concrete a unique product that requires minimal maintenance. It performs superiorly to alternative products like block paving, tarmac and flagstones. A dolomite sub-base and four inches of fibre reinforced concrete eliminates many problems. These include sinking, weeds and moss that are attributed to alternative products. Block paving, wood rot and pest control have issues that are encountered with wooden decked patio areas. Common areas where stamped concrete is used include: pool decks, parking yards, terraces, rooftops, patios and walk ways.

Tiles Marble installation

A tile is a manufactured piece of hard-wearing material such as ceramic, stone, porcelain, metal or even glass. Tiles are generally used for covering roofs, floors, and walls. They have been made for thousands of years.

Tiles can be simple square tiles or arranged in complex mosaics. And are commonly used in residential and commercial areas.

Homogeneous vinyl flooring

Homogeneous vinyl sheet flooring is the one single layer flooring with same content from top to bottom made by same mixed raw materials. With the advantages of high durability, low maintenance, scratch resistance, antibacterial and fungicidal treatments; it is the perfect choice for heavy traffic areas such as hospital, airport, labs, ICU’S and Data centers.

Polyurethane screeds

This is the strongest epoxy floor system available. This high-build, seamless system is made with 100% solids epoxy and graded sand or quartz sand and then troweled into place. Mortar systems are highly impact and chemical-resistant. This system is also effective in repairing old floors because of its high-build process. Where we’ve used it: manufacturing plants, mechanical rooms, warehouses, commercial kitchens, restaurants, garages, and service areas where heavy equipment, such as forklifts, would be used.

Terrazzo flooring

Terrazzo is a highly versatile building material used as flooring, walls, countertops in indoor applications. Terrazzo can be either poured in place or set with precast. Terrazzo consists of marble, quartz, granite, or glass chips combined with either an epoxy or cementitious binder. Today epoxy terrazzo systems are widely installed across the world and serve as a green building material to use in sustainable building projects. Common places where terrazzo floors are installed include universities, hospitals, airports, office lobbies, and other commercial properties

Polished concrete flooring/dry shake

Polished concrete is a multi-step process where a concrete floor is mechanically ground, honed and polished with bonded abrasives in order to cut a concrete floor’s surface. It is then refined with each cut in order to achieve a specified level of appearance. Due to its cost effectiveness, commonly used in logistic centers, warehouses, classrooms and basement parking lots.

App waterproofing solutions

The APP membrane, short for Atactic Polypropylene Membrane, is a special waterproofing material that is manufactured from Bitumen. They come in rolls. And with proper workmanship, the APP membrane is a very efficient and durable waterproofing material used in most constructions. It is a common waterproofing material used on concrete flat roofs (which are still roofs) or roofs with low pitch. Apart from concrete roofs and low-pitched roofs, other areas of application are concrete gutters, basements and retaining walls.

Anti-corrosion tank coatings

Air dry epoxy coatings for metal are self-priming, corrosion resistant coatings that are recommended for use where a high performance, chemically resistant coating is desired. These coatings offer single coat corrosion protection at 4-6 mils thickness, as well as very good abrasion resistance. It may also be used as a 2 or 3 coat system for use in industrial environments including offshore oil and gas.

Laminate flooring/vinyl tiles

Laminate is a floor covering that appears similar to hardwood but is made with a plywood or medium density fiberboard (“MDF”) core with a plastic laminate top layer. HDF laminate consists of high-density fiberboard topped by one or more layers of decorative paper and a transparent protective layer. Laminate may be more durable than hardwood, but cannot be refinished like hardwood. Laminate flooring is available in many different patterns which can resemble different woods or even ceramic tile. It usually locks or taps together. Underlayment is required for laminate flooring to provide moisture and noise control.
